you say you crave soda.....i just wanted to share something i heard about the sodas, junk food, and even the foods that are suppose to be good for us......it has been said that something is being put in our food and i'm sure the drinks also, to make us crave them.....to make us overweight......and also to make us sick so that we become dependent upon other foods and medicine....where this may seem far-fetched if you look at how things are it really isn't......i know exactly what you mean about the soda .....the best thing to do is put it down and maybe when you crave it drink some tea or something that will satisfy your thirst......i found that when i quench my thirst i don't have such a strong craving for anything else.......and if you get it in your head how bad it is for you maybe your body will start talking to you when you want it.......that also works for me.......that can be as psychological as bodybuilding.......hope i could help.......much respect.....Mrs Shoulders.....
