| My chicken breast reciepe: Ingredients: Ken's Steak House Zesty Italian Dressing (no high fructose) 4C Carb Careful breadcrumbs (has like 6g carbs and 12g protein) Chicken Breasts (cut thin) Throw some dressing and breadcrums in a bowl toss the chicken in and mix it around so it gets all over Let it marinate for 2-5 hrs Spray some Pam on the frying pan Fry it up
