Default G.I. Diet?

Has anyone seen this diet book? Tried it? It's supposed to be following the glycemic index in phases...I saw tons of books about it...and no, I don't get to go shopping much

I'm always skeptical about trying a "book diet"...the only one I ever tried was Atkin's and that was darn near impossible...sensible carb watching is just as good IMO. I guess the whole concept of this G.I. diet follows the same principles as "low carb", and trying to stay away from high GI....so why get a book? There, answered my own question...of course the list was VERY extensive!

One of the Internet's most comprehensive lists of foods with their glycemic index. If you are following the GI or South Beach diet you should aim to include more foods with a low glycemic index in your diet.
