 great site I found this site to be very hepful http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html On nutritinal analysis section, there is a weight/measure conversion tool at the bottom of the pages. So if you are looking at, say chicken breast, in 100g, it is easy to figure out how many oz in it. Lots of information and calculators that are useful.   |
