Thumbs up Help with diet?

Hey I am new to this site. I really need help with choosing a good diet for me. I am up for just about anything. I guess my biggest excuse are my kids. They keep me busy all day. I just had my 2nd child, 4 months ago. So I am looking to loose about 20 pounds. I am 5'3" and 123 lbs. It seems it is all in my stomach, thighs and butt areas too. I really want to target those areas. So I also need some help on a excercise program too. I don't have alot of time during the day but I do have some, or I could try to make time. I am assuming I should try to eat 5 or 6 meals a day but what to eat? I like hard-boiled eggs, that is the only way I'll eat eggs. I like chicken, it is about the only meat I like. Not into fish. I love salads too. So if yall could get me going in the right direction that would be great!

Any diet you choose can be modified to fit your likes. 5-6 meals a day is an excellent start I would go with a low carb with more protien.

How much time do you have to workout? Do you want to workout at home or at a gym?
