Talking Hint for the day:)

Smiling makes you feel better
If you make a habit of consciously smiling you will find that it makes breathing through your nose easier, also it makes you feel and look a whole lot better.

Keep that smile white
Brush your teeth with Baking soda to remove any stains and whiten teeth. Do this about once a week. It really works.

If you don't feel like smiling
3/4 cup of cooked spinach a day is enough to give dramatic relief from depression if you are deficient in B vitamins.

Ok let me be the downer on #2 here.
Baking Soda causes small miscro scratches on your teeth, not good! Even baking soda toothpaste can cause it.

OMG! don't do what I did

I ate the spinach first
Decieded not to use baking soda. So I didn't brush my teeth
Went to the mall and praticed my Miss America smile.

Everyone one just laughed and stared.
