Default I'm always hungry!!

I have the hardest time staying on a diet. Here's what I've done so far: I have managed to cut down a LOT on the junk food I eat. I used to eat a candy bar or two a day, now I allow myself one every couple of weeks, if that. I've cut fat, sugar, and calories in a lot of little places like condiments, snack foods, and drinks. I've almost completely stopped drinking sodas. I've switched to whole wheat bread, and I snack on things like fat free yorgut and fresh vegetables. I've cut down on carbs like pasta and potatos, and I eat more protein, especially fish. My main problem is that I love sweets. Love, love, love candy. I indulge every once in a while, but I try to indulge in moderation and opt for "healthier" candies that are lower in fat and calories than the ones I used to eat. Like Twizzlers instead of Snickers, you know? The problem is, I inevitably at some point cave and gobble a few brownies. It doesn't help that I always seem to be hungry. I eat little meals throughout the day, but dinner still tends to be my largest, heaviest meal. Now I'm assuming that you guys have a lot of insight on what works and what doesn't as far as dieting goes, so any advice you can give me based on what I've told y'all would be very, very welcome. Thank you!

It is not what you eat it is how much you eat .
try to eat 5 small meals not big ones. such as breakfast, midmorning ,lunch,
midafternoon, postworkout replacement drink, dinner , late night have low carb protein drink ,
and drink lots of water when you workout.
have fun good luck and welcome to w4f

Hi TXcoed,
Looks like you have great metabolism. I agree with hardcurves that break your meal in 5 small meals including snacks and prefer raw food more in your diet meals. Do start some workout with diet plans to avoid weight gain.
