Unhappy Iv'e hit a weight block, any suggestions?

So heres the story, 5 years ogo i was a size 22 ish i had done every diet there was going, i was diagnosed with an eating disorder and i did some really stupid things to my body, including purging and strarving myself.
i am past all that now and i am now down to a size 14/16. and no matter what i do and no matter how much i watch what i eat I can't get below 12 stone. yeah 12 stone its horrible, im 5'5 and i am all hips thighs and bum!
I only do light exercise but that is because i am repulsed by sweating. Its no excuse.

anything you ladies can suggest to me, anything.

Well, Can you jog or walk for about an hour in the morning or half an hour in the morning and half n hour in the evening..try that i really helps.
