This time, it's really bad. I normally do not have any PMS symptoms. But I have cravings for grainy carbs such as crackers. And I already gave in for 3 days now. Fortunately, I do not have back ache etc, so I'm still able to work out normally. And another lucky thing is I eat them duriing the day, and I don't eat after 7pm, but seem like eating all day long.
Last night, I told myself that I will drink water before I reach for them. but that didn't stick with my brain. I'm really upset with myself.
The reason I don't like to eat them is I cannot stop if I have one. Plus I get tired too.
I'm going to be strong tomorrow. ..
How does eveyone stick with clean eating during PMS?
