| I'm doing pretty good with this carb cycling thing. I don't really have bad carb cravings, and I can stick with it knowing that I will have my high carb days. I'm trying not to do grainy carbs even on those days. For me, it is better to stay away from them completely than try to control it. When people has sample meal plan, almost all of them say small salad. Why not large salad as long as you control what you add to it? Is there anything wrong with eating large salad with 3 or 4 oz of chicken? |

| nope nothing wrong with it, just make sure you dont have carrots or things with sugar carbs in it |

| personally... if you're really hungry for a big salad, i'd split it in half and eat them an hour apart. The more I can decrease my portion sizes and increase the # of meals i eat, the better i seem to feel, and besides, its easier for your body to fuel the furnace with a small meal.
