Default salad

I'm doing pretty good with this carb cycling thing. I don't really have bad carb cravings, and I can stick with it knowing that I will have my high carb days. I'm trying not to do grainy carbs even on those days. For me, it is better to stay away from them completely than try to control it.

When people has sample meal plan, almost all of them say small salad. Why not large salad as long as you control what you add to it? Is there anything wrong with eating large salad with 3 or 4 oz of chicken?

nope nothing wrong with it, just make sure you dont have carrots or things with sugar carbs in it

personally... if you're really hungry for a big salad,
i'd split it in half and eat them an hour apart.
The more I can decrease my portion sizes
and increase the # of meals i eat,
the better i seem to feel, and besides,
its easier for your body to fuel the furnace
with a small meal.

Every one have to eat salad. It is very important for every one. There are so many benefit of salad. According to my point of view Some benefits of salad are you are consuming a number of different vegetables in this, therefore consuming a number of important vitamin and minerals

Salads are really important for our body, There are so many benefit of salad. According to my point of view Some benefits of salad are you are consuming a number of different vegetables, There are vitamins and also protein we can also take salad in diet food.

The salads is full of the protein and healthiest diet. It is good to taking before the meal or with meal always. I like to have the different types of vegetables and fruits in it.

Salads are full of protein and has all the vital vitamins in it. It is good to have with your every meal. I like to have various variety of vegetables and fruits in it.

You can barbeque chicken or just bake it or stir fry with just one tablespoon of oil just marinate chicken with spices you like it will make perfect salad
