| Hey girl's, I just bought some liquid clen, And I'm taking 40mcgs every morning. I don't think this stuff agree's with me. A little while after I take it I get real bad hand tremor's, and today I got a bad headache. Am I doing something wrong? or is this normal. |

| totally normal!! but if i was you i would lower the dose.. to 20mcg.. LC |

| Hello- New member here...I am 24, and have been working out solid for almost two years...I like lifting weights, but I don't have much time so I usually do some kind of tape (The Firm, Tae Bo, Step Aerobics) in addition to free weights. My question is what is liquid clean? Also, what type of workouts/nutrition program are you guys on? I eat really healthy, paying special attention to protein. I don't take any supplements besides protein shakes. Any information would be helpful. Thank you! |

| Hi Greekgirl, Glad your here! I just put up a great article on Clen. Your doing great on your program, Protein is very important for women. Other great supplement to look into ALA(alpha lipoic acid) acts as as an antioxidant to help neuralize cell-damaging free radicals. It also help to block fat storage when taken before high carb meals. A multi-Vitamin is alway's needed. Extra vitamin E and C very helpful. Feel free to ask as many question as you want.
