| Hey gals, any help would be great. With my new job, I am EXTREMELY short on time, so I am looking for the quickest work out possible that will still yield results....I am lucky to get 1 hr to myself in between job, child, housework, and homework. So any quick routines you have had success with would be greatly appreciated.

| Are you looking for a quick cardio workout or a weight training workout? If I'm trying to get both in, and I'm really cramped for time, I superset everything and jump rope between exercises. For instance: jump rope 2 minutes, squats w/ shoulder press, jump rope, lunges with bicep curls, jump rope, calf exercise w/ over head tricep extension, jump rope, leg extension w/ chest press, jump rope, bent over row, jump rope.. Repeat. You can pretty much put any routine together that you want, I usually try to do two things at once hitting different bodyparts. I focus on my legs because that's my problem area. I only use this when I have to though because your going, going, going!! |
