Hello everybody, I am doing the Bodyopus diet.Fat loss seems to be going slowly but it is working and I do look leaner

. I feel stronger every week and I no longer have difficulty not eating carbs. I have been doing this diet to the best of my ability for about 2 months. But now I'm starting to wonder how long I should be eating this way. I don't think it would be healthy to eat this way for a long period of time. Do I stick with this plan untill I reach my goals or should I change to another type of eating plan? What is the maximum suggested time to stay on this diet? I'd appreiciate any comments or advice from anybody who has tried this way of eating. Thanks!!!
