| I am a female strongly considering this cycle. My goal is to lose weight and get very lean without gaining too much muscle mass. I was considering alternating between 3 weeks clen 40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40 µg/day then 3 weeks cytomel 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25 µg/day then 3 weeks clen again followed by 3 weeks of cytomel. What do you guys think? Does this look ok or should i make any changes? thanx. |

| Before we critique your suggested cycle, can you give us some stats? Like weight, what exercise you do now, etc., diet. These drugs will certainly help you lose weight, but if your diet is no good, neither will they be. ![]() And 3 weeks is too long, especially for the clen....but give us some more info please.

| I've been trying to figure out what would be the best way to stack clen and t3. I've been asking questions on the mens board but i think what i'm told is more based for a male with bodybuilding in mind. Hopefully you can tell me a better way for females to stack these two products. Right now i'm 5'4 about 130 pounds. I usually work out 6 days a week doing about 40 minutes of cardio,10 min warm up and 30 min after lifting weights. I lift 6 days a week as well doing one body part a day and usually rest on sundays. When lifting i usually do 3 -4 exercises with 3 sets of 15-25 reps. Right now i'm not dieting becuase i have no motivation. But i do a diet plan made specifically for me when i was preparing for a competition in april. I did really well naturally losing 8 pounds in 5 weeks. My diet is high protein, eating at least 140 g a day, with low carb including fuirt, vegies and whole grain food, low fat eating only healthy fats and low sugar. It worked really well for me. I'm looking to get down to about 115, or 110 if that's not completly unhealthy. I've never done clen or t3 and i was hoping to stack them together but i was told i might not be able to get t3. I'm not sure i want to do it unless i can get both but how would you recommend i take clen and t3 and how would you recommend i take clen if i'm only able to get clen.Thanks for your help. sorry it's so long ![]() |
