Eat healthy making sure you are hitting your calorie intake.
Drink plenty of water
exercise 3 times a week or more...(I work out 6 on 1 off)
Meditate and pray
Be happy!

Health is wealth is very old proverb and i have believe in that proverb. According to me i think that If You want to Live Healthy then first step is reduce the Sugar level in Your Food You can use the Sugar level Instead of the Sugar.You must have to Increase the use of Salad and Fresh fruit. Today people are becoming more and more health conscious, keeping one in shape and fit is given utmost importance.

I like your tips about healthy living. It is very helpful and interesting for every one. Every one can share their thoughts about it. According to me i think that Do physical exercises like cycling, walking, running, swimming for at least 30 minutes per day if you want to get healthy life

- Avoid eating while working, driving, arguing, or watching TV.
- Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods.
- Do not smoking
- Do not drink wine
- Get Good Sleep.
- Deep breathing.
- Eat more green vegetables and fruits rather than junk food.
