Default Healthy with proteins

Protein is in every living cell in the body. Our bodies need protein from the foods we eat to build and maintain bones, muscles and skin. We get proteins in our diet from meat, dairy products, nuts and certain grains and beans. Proteins from meat and other animal products are complete proteins. This means they supply all of the amino acids the body can't make on its own. Plant proteins are incomplete. You must combine them to get all of the amino acids your body needs.
It is important to get enough dietary protein. You need to eat protein every day, because your body doesn't store it the way it stores fats or carbohydrates. The average person needs 50 to 65 grams of protein each day. This is the amount in four ounces of meat and a cup of cottage cheese. specially if you are a busy person you can get products with different proteins through tablets, it will provide proteins that are daily required.

Assuming you choose nutritious protein, low in saturated fat, you can eat anything between 10 and 20 percent of your calories in the form of protein, although according to government guidelines you should not eat less than 45g of protein (adult females) or 55.5g (adult males).

In practice, eating a variety of foods every day is all you need to do in order to ensure an adequate protein intake.

Manufacturing a cheap basic whey powder for the food industry is easy and inexpensive; however, your finished product will have a very low protein percentage (30 percent), a high level of lactose and fat and a reduced level of the important immune-boosting microfractions that makes whey protein so desirable. So how do you choose a good quality whey protein? Well, there are several manufacturing techniques; however, most reputable companies supplying good quality whey protein use one of three types of protein: Whey Protein Concentrate 80 percent (WPC80), Ion Exchange Whey Protein Isolate (IE WPI), or Cross Flow Whey Protein Isolate (CF WPI).

If manufactured properly without heating which denatures the protein, concentrates should yield approximately 80 percent protein (with a biological value between 100-300) and isolates should yield 90-92 percent protein (with a biological value between 130-160).

it is said that higher the muscle proportion the faster it is to burn the excess fat, and the muscle to function in an appropriate manner requires protein in good amount. Now this is something that really matters, as the protein if taken in excess amount results into the storage as fat while inadequate amount will make the muscles starve.
