| hey all, its my first time here and i already have many questions to ask. im pretty pathetic because i see what i look like and want to lose weight but i dont do anything about it and wonder why im gaining weight. also my downfall are sweets i need to stay away from those. im not saying im fat im 5'5" and 131 lbs but when i was in high school i was 109 and that was 4 years ago. my metabolism shouldnt be slowing down yet but im also taking hormone replacements for a medical condition. could that be adding to my weight gain? anways im looking for a personal trainer in the orange county area m/f doesnt matter. i would like someone who could help me reach my fitness goals and keep me motivated. although i dont want to spend too much money perhaps $20-60 range per session. if anyone has a personal trainer or knows of one can you let me know? that would be great thanks! kim |
