| I have been trying to find my motivation to get back in the gym, I went with my fiance two weeks ago and I felt it that day but then I lost it. I think it is more difficult because I work in a bar and of course there is alcohol. I think this is lowering my motivation. Soon (hopefully) I will be out of the bar and in the gym again, but I'm just curious if there is anything anyone could tell me to spark my brain to get back in the gym religiously?

But you are a very beautiful woman, and it was quite obvious that you were highly dedicated to keeping yourself that way. You seem very beautiful on the inside too......that above all else will help you find your way again.....finding yourself and knowing what makes you happy ![]()
