Default My summer goals!

Well ladies I had set 3 goals for this summer, and for my cycle..

#1: In april I got my body fat tested and I was at 26%.. so 15% bf was my 1st goal..

#2: to dumb bell bench press the 50's

#3: squat 155 for 3 by myself

Well I accomplished #3 last leg day.. 155 for 4, and for 2

AND got my bf checked yesterday.. 14.8%.....

I have one more month and one more goal to go.. and Im benching the 40's right now,so Im almost there!

no darn it.. i slept wrong on my arm the other night and something is popping in it.. so while CS was doing chest and shoulders i could only do cardio.. maybe next week
