Default Numbers Cardio Sessions

Hi guys,

I was wondering how much cardio do you do when cutting? What kind of type? Here in Sweden walking in the morning is very popular. People walk like 3 hours a day.

I prefer 30 min of intense cardio in the morning or after weights. 5-6 days a week.

Whats your cardio program and how long does your program last for best results?

Cardio is great put you have to remember that it also burns muscle, not just fat. I do 30-45 mins of cardio three times a week while cutting. This is the most I can do without burning off all the precious muscle. I worked so hard to gain.

I will mix up my cardio routine I like to walk on the treadmill one time, elptical the next, stairmaster...... etc

Do as little cardio as possible to see progress (fat loss). Is you intense cardio made up of intervals or HIIT? HIIT is best as it is calorically expensive. 5-6 days a week of intense cardio sounds a bit excessive if you are hoping to gain muscle/loss fat.
