| Hi guys, I was wondering how much cardio do you do when cutting? What kind of type? Here in Sweden walking in the morning is very popular. People walk like 3 hours a day. I prefer 30 min of intense cardio in the morning or after weights. 5-6 days a week. Whats your cardio program and how long does your program last for best results? |

| Cardio is great put you have to remember that it also burns muscle, not just fat. I do 30-45 mins of cardio three times a week while cutting. This is the most I can do without burning off all the precious muscle. I worked so hard to gain.I will mix up my cardio routine I like to walk on the treadmill one time, elptical the next, stairmaster...... etc
