| Hey everyone, 6 months ago, I decided to go start losing some weight and shape up in order to look good in the summer and not be embarrassed to walk around in a bikini. I replaced my chips and junkfood eatpattern with a healthy diet and I jog a lot. I went from 145 lbs to 125. "So what's the problem?" You might ask. Well the thing is: even though I'm as thin as I aimed to be, I'm not really toned. I've lost my saddlebags, sure enough, and because of crunching I've got nice abs, but my arms look more like noodles instead of the shapely arms I'd like to have. Also my butt isn't quite as firm as I'd like it to be. Can anyone tell me what exersizes I can do to get those areas nice and firm as well? Thanks in advance, Malena |

| Try step exercises for your butt and it will also help your thighs. These can range from lunges, walking lunges, step ups on a bench or a step bench. For your arms I would do a range of bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. Not sure if you're just looking for tone or wanting to have cuts in your arms. If so, shoulders are very important. There are some basic bis- seated curls, preacher curls, 21s, hammers; tris- overhead extensions, presses, kickbacks, skull crushers; shoulders- front lateral raises, side lateral raises and military press. Hope this helps.
