Question Sweating?

Hey ladies! I saw this question on another board and wanted to post it here so I could get a women's only perspective. The question is...how much do you sweat when you work out? I've seen and heard of women sweating rivers and some who've never sweat while working out. I never break a sweat no matter how heavy I lift or how hard I go on the elliptical when I'm doing HIIT. Does this mean that my workout is less effective?

Sweating is an indiviual thing, some people have more sweat glands or are more easily tiggered to sweat. Just because you aren't sweating doesn't mean your workout is less effective. I'm a non sweater too!

I sweat rivers during cardio and moderately during lifting, my sister on the other hand doesn't sweat at all.
