Default tendonitis

Oh man!!! I have a severe case of tendonitis in both elbows. it is really affecting my workout. Any suggestions other than surgery? It seems to lay dormant for a time and then comes back with a vengeance.

Have you seen a doctor about it as of yet? My doc gave me celebrex and it seems to help me.

Unfortunately, there isn't a lot that can be done for true tendonitis, except to take your NSAIDs....Celebrex as DblD said, and Vioxx is another popular one. Some ppl like those rub on heat/ice gels.

Thanks to everyone. I am taking Vioxx and it turns out that I have a Pinched nerve and tendonitis. I am getting Physio/accupuncture. It really throws a loop in the working out. I can't even use my right arm. I can't grip onto anything without excruciating pain.

ya know this is wierd cause sometimes when I'm lifting my elbows lock up , I'm not sure if it is tendanitus or just the ligaments doing there own thing. When it does this I have to like twist my arm or straighten it to get the tenseness gone.
