Default Workout dvds??

Hi everyone! I am looking for some really good fitness dvds. There are so many out there & I was wondering if anybody here has any favorites that seem to work well. I am looking for something more intense. I run about 3 days a week already. I am interested in any dvds with cardio, weights, power yoga, or pilates that really gives you a great workout. Any suggestions????? Thanks a bunch!!

I like The Firm work out's, they incorporate wieght training and a little cardio. You would need a couple different sets of wieghts 8,10,12,15... and a step or something close to it. There isn't much jumping around and it is very slow and controlled. Good Luck!

The FIRM videos/dvds are awesome! Those are what I first used when I began working out and then I slowly weaned myself off of them as I was able to lift and squat heavier. I still use them on occasion as supplements when I either am in a time crunch or to change up the pace a bit. I still prefer squatting 100lbs on the smith machine but these do it too!

Hey, have you tried the Lotte Berk Method? Or how about bellydancing or Hula dancing? Those are fun, exciting workouts that I'm sure you will like!
