Default Back.

So I sort of disapeared shortly after joining up. I actually went away to Toronto for what was supposed to be a week, ended up staying until the following weekend and then went to Montreal for that weekend.
I've been feeling really tired since I got back (I blame that on the fibromyalgia and the lack of sleep I got in the two weeks I was away).
I did my weights routine at the gym yesterday, for the first time since I got back and I am SO sore today that I actually had to take the day off.
I'm doing better with my eating though and I've lost another pound, so I'm down to 136 lbs. Not too bad.
Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know I'm back!

Jen

My step mother has Fibro. It really takes a lot out of her. How does this affect you?

I had a great time and thanks for the welcome back. I'm not very photogenic, but if anyone is interested, these are some of the photos I took while away:

Photos

blakemail669 - I have good days and bad days. The reason I got into fitness and nutrition is because of my fibromyalgia. I thought that if I started eating healthy and working out, I'd make my body stronger and in turn, that would help ward off the pain. Turns out, at least for me, I was right. Since I've started working out I've had a lot less days where the pain has me in tears. Some days I'm almost pain free and it's quite amazing. The only thing I find that happens now, is that the fatigue takes hold of me often. Like right now, I could probably go to sleep for a few hours, but I try and push my way through it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Being stubborn helps.

Oh it was definitely interesting.
I'm happy to be back at the gym, though I haven't been too often. I'm going tomorrow for my cardio routine. I love my cardio routine.
