Well I'm on my way to the gym right now cause LMR is makeing me go , thanks Effie for your suggestion on my lost motivation, although when I look in the mirror at the gym I will concentrate on the things of my body I wish to make an improvement on and make it look better . I'm sure this will help also. Including thinking of all the fat people in the world and people that are old and so unhealthy cause they never cared about there health just so they can get old and bi*** about it, this is asactly how I do not want to end up.
Thank you girls. I will let you know how my workout went. I just also want to say that I really like this board, all of us girls and it's easier to talk in here then maybe having all the guys see what were talking about.
I will fill you in on the wedding plans also, there are so many different things going on in my life right now. I'm really trying to keep everything straight lined but it sure does get hard juggling so many different things, but I will succeed.
