Talking Stop Smoking Program?

OK, seriously I would like to seriously quit smoking, I know, I know.
{it's bad}

I have heard of a program called Smoke Away, and of course the people that used it to try and quit and did.

I have also heard of taking Welbuteren, maybe I'm spelling this wrong. I have heard this really really works.

I have heard of laser treaments, I have heard this works to but If the typical smoker is smoking about $2,000 a year. I would like to keep my quiting program at least three or four years under what they probably charge for laser therapy.

If any of ya ladies know or have good advice of knowing which option would best suit me please let me know, I know ya'll are in good health and practice it much so your advice is extremely important to me.

This week LMR and myself are getting our little humble cozy apartment and I have also heard that when there is some kind of change in your life, including new residency, it is more attainable to stop the habit of smoking, so I am really looking forward to haveing some type motivation and will power to stop this nasty habit. Thank you very much!!!

Elizabeth

I found the only thing that worked for me was Wellbutrin, or when it's for smoking they call it Zyban.....300mg I think it was just once daily. You still have to want to...but man did it help with cravings!

If you want it as much as it seems you can do it! I did t cold turkey, but I found that drinking water (which im sure you already do) when you have a craving helped, and chewing gum, or otherwise keeping busy helped. I also used to run google searches on healthy, and diseased lungs when I had a craving....
healthy lung

sick lung....
