Default well i am

back from vacation.. getting my life and everything back in oreder.. cant seem to get my diet and training back as well.. classes start in 1 week, and my 2nd job starts next week ( teaching dance) as well.. so Im giving myself tonight (Sunday ) as one last night to drink, and were having a BBQ Then i start back tomorrow with eating and working out ritgh again

I gained 5 lbs on vacation and feel like a big tubby again.. but Im sure with in a week or 10 days taht can be gone again .. mostly water weight and such..
off clen and eca for 4 weeks.. not taking in anything.. no pills of any sort.. just one hour of cardio everyday and lifting 5 days a week till november then im jumping back on cycle : either Winny or var, with T-3/clen and Nolva..

but it does feel good to let lose again for a few days...

Ok im done chit chatting..

Welcome back sweetpea, I guess we all need a vacation even from training and clean diet every now and again, glad you had fun, and good to see ya posting again... Lol, now straighten up and Eat right hehe just kiddin' ya sweetie..Bye for now

Glad you had an awesome time!! And yeah, we all need to let loose now and then So you'll be trying t3? You'll get back on track....look what you've accomplished so far!

yup nn .. im staying clean for 4 weeks... so taht my body can react to everything as if it was new... then clen/t-3 var and nolva for 8 weeks again
