Default Dbldmngd38's pics
Over the last, I guess 20 months I have lost over 100 lbs and I hired a personal trainer a few months ago after working out on my own for almost 2 years seriously.

Do you think your personal trainer is worth it? I'm just wondering if I should maybe look into getting one.

Thank Annabelle! I won my personal trainer, thank God, but I would have to say yes to put you on the right track and teach you form. He has helped me with my routine, diet and has given me motivation. I won't keep him too much longer, but yeah he is worth it in my opinion.
