Default Introducing myself

Hi all!

Glad I found this forum today! I like to spend a lot of time on fitness forums I'm a figure competitor and an online personal trainer, so fitness is a huge part of my life! My long term goals are to make my online training business full time (I work in the mental health field now as well), to get my pro card in figure (Gotta pack on some more msucle mass first!), and to publish the hiking book I'm writing. I'm an avid hiker, and I live right in the mountains.

I'm going to try to post a picture here of me from my most recent competition. I'll also post the link to my website. There are some more pics of me there, though they're all about a year old. Hopefully this works:

And here's my website link: Sarahpersonaltraining

Great to meet you all! I'd beeter get off my butt and go workout now.

Sarah

Thanks very much! Tina, I looked over the site and it's a great one, but nothing new to me there. I definately know HOW to add the mass, it just takes time for me. You wouldn't believe it from my pics, but I've actually gained about 12 pounds of muscle mass since I started! I was very underweight.

No, that's really what I look like. Why the need for that comment?

It's not airbrushed or photoshopped. I was at a competition ready to go on stage. As the photographer took the pics they came right out on the computer and that's they way they look, that's the way I looked. He didn't change them at all.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend.

I just thought it looked kinda weird as if the face and bikini had been stuck on. Also the hands look very odd to me. Something you see done on Adobe.

Sorry again.
