| Hello ladies, It's been a long time since I've been on this site. I've gotten married and been on a long honeymoon--and have packe don some pounds. My husband posted some pics of me. The very last one is my wedding day body-April 22, at 5'3" 112, 16%. Now I've shot up to 125, 21% BF. I need help getting back on track. Does anyone have any advice? I have the HARDEST time with my legs. I started weights about two years ago and I feel like the only noticeable difference is in my upper body. | you do look awsome! But I have to admit I understand what its like to shoot up a bit after the rest of life kind of settles into a happy routine. Im seeing a guy who I adore but since I met him the workouts have stopped and the diet has gone all to heck. I can't figure out how to get back on track either. I was so firm and now I feel like a sponge which makes me feel sluggish and just plain bad about myself. Is this what you experienced? Even this morning I printed out an old diet that I had on my computer that worked well for me, I took one look at it and toasted some multigrain bread and smothered it with peanut butter. Shame on me eh? My jeans hurt me again!!!!! It's so nice when they are comfy. Let me know if you come up with something that works in terms of motivation, I'm ready to try anything to get things where they were! |
