| I had posted in the Fitness forum a while back and haven't had any replys and then I saw some into's here so thought I would give it a try. I am a 31 year old mother of 2 and have been trying to keep in shape. I have had some major set backs but in the last couple years I have been on my treadmill almost everyday and I just recently added weights into my routine. From what I have read it sounds like there is a lot of knowledge here and would love to make some friends and learn what I can and cant do as far as my goals go.
