| Now I know I said I wouldn't dare post pics right now, but yesterday and today I sat at the computer and munched cookies and ice cream all day. I've lost like 40lbs since my worst weight, and I've been working out steadily for like the last three years (even with the ups and downs in weight). Sometimes I slip up really bad, and I've only got another 25lbs or so to go. I just haven't had the stick-with-it attitude to finish this thing off... Looking at your girls' pictures has inspired me to get off my butt (literally, no more downloading all day!!) and make a real effort to stick with the clean diet over the next month while I'm still here in Puerto Vallarta. So here are the 'before' pictures, me right now. Right now: 147 My goal:120 (I know they're just numbers, but its an objective) |

| Thanks for the encouragement girls, I really appreciate it. Everytime I want to start munching on my boyfriend's Oreo's I'll think about putting up my 'after' pics in a month and that should stop me, haha! |

| I also think you look great. Your not far from your goals. Just keep in mind that muscle weighs more then fat, so your scale is pretty much obsolete. I recommend that you utilize your mirror to set your goals instead of the scale. When you finally hit your goals you might still weigh 147, but you will replace the fat with lean muscle and look great. Don't ever give up and pick up some celery sticks instead of that oreo cookie ![]()

| You look good, need to shape up the mid section a bit, but the arms, shoulders and chest look great. Keep an eye on your goals and from what I can see you only have a little way to go! Keep up the good work! You are almost there! |

| The best way to do it is take it slowly. You're young, so you shouldn't have a problem with any loose skin, but if you took the weight off really fast, you might have a slight problem with it. You're doing very well...keep it up ![]()

| i know you proberly look differant now. but you sure had a good base to start from. and that suit is sooooooo pretty. i love turqouise, it`s one of my favorite colours. |
