| I have a goal to loose 20 lbs by the end of March. So far I'm down 4 lbs and on schedule. Need some major fat loss on the mid section, but I think it will come. I've started using some hgh and really fixed my diet. Being sure not to consume over 1500 calories per day. |

| well down another 3 lbs, looks like the reduced calories and the hgh is working. I'm on schedule to make my weight by the end of March. |

| This is better than I actually expected, i'm down 12 lbs now and looking better every day, i'll post before and after pics at the end of march. |
