New girl here...

Been using Anavar for 2 weeks. 12.5 mg tab once per day. I can definately see my muscles getting harder and strength gains.

I dont' think I'm taking it at the right time of day. I've been taking it first thing in the morning. I sometimes do cardio in the morning, but I always train in the early evening, weights and cardio.

Should I be taking it later in the day then due to its shorter half life? I'm not sure.

And for future reference, should I get smaller dose tabs and spread them out through the day? I'm just shy of 6 feet tall ane I weigh about 175 now (165 goal)

I suggest taking them so levels are highest
when your body is actually doing its
growth and repair... ie: during sleep.

Hi,
New member.....Question about Anavar. I used nan deco for a half cycle and stopped due to the virilization that was starting. I was told at a low dosage thsi should not be an issue, WRONG. Does How does Anavar compare with the effects of the nan deco?

I just started taking anavar yesterday. I take 5mg liquid in a gel cap, twice a day. I'll keep everyone posted on how it worked for me.

Hi ladies I've been on anavar now for 3 weeks and definitely noticing some nice changes in the firmness of my muscles. I also look like I have less fat on certain areas of my body. I have been doing weights 3x a week and cardio 3x. I do however notice some joint pains and wondering if anyone else had the same experience. I am presently taking 5mg twice a day, in a gel capsule (liquid form) and was thinking of uping the dosage 5 more mg a day for the last 3 weeks of my cycle.
Oh, and yes..it definitely makes you more sexual!! haha
