Hi Ladies.....need your help

I have been working out for years and want that extra push before competitions and have been thinking about Winstrol but now on this site I have seen eveyone talking more about Anavar...I really want to lean up and show more definition.

I have also been thinking about adding in Clen

Steroids are for adding lean muslce mass.

Steroids arent for leaning up, despite what you may have heard.
Diet, diet, diet !
To speed up the process, add some fat burners, Yohimbe,ECA, or Clen.

Definitely do some research on Yohimbine.
Yohimbine hcl works especially well for women more than for men.
It targets alpha-1 receptors in the fat cells which are abundant due to estrogen in the body which females have more of naturally.
(Taken along with Nolvadex, its a great combo to rapidly burn estrogenic fat.)

i like winn and clen. I do 2 week on 2 weeks off. I fill it works.

I have heard of more androgenic effects from winstrol then, anavar and I know a very low dose of deca can actually be beneficial in place of winstrol because of it's ability maintain a constant positive nitrogen balance. From top to bottom it was recommended to me for women to use;
1. anavar (low androgen)
2. Primobolan, not parabolan, primobolan.
3. Deca at a low dose of less than 50mgs a week.
4. winstrol at less than 50mgs e4+d.

Thanks...I have been looking into these for awhile and everything I have researched shows that win has significantly less androgenic properties than deca?--this is from the 2005 anabolics guide.

This is true but I have learned through other experience that even at a lower dose winstrol has virilization. For some reason the text is true winstrol by itself carries a lower androgen activity. Also, I have been reading about anti-androgens for women. Not a bad idea if that's the conern.

I am thinking of doing a cycle of anavar or winstrol in a couple of months. Winstrol is popular with sprinters and speed athletes. Anavar being lighter on the liver than the winstrol.
