| undefined Hi everyone. I'm new and posted a q on another thread but haven't heard back...Anyway I had a question on cycling Clenbuterol. Is the best cycle 2on/2off weeks? 3on/3off weeks? 4-6on/off week? I have read all sorts of info and just want to be on spot about the BEST results. Also, I take Taurine. Should I be taking Potassium too? How much? Thanks so much! |

| 2 weeks on/ 2 off is best so that your receptors dont get saturated potassium is also good to take, just whatever is recomended on the bottle, and be sure to drink TONS of water |

| Gurl! You're the best. Thanks for the info. Since this is my first cycle, I am wondering what kind of loss to expect. A couple pounds? 2-3% bf? What has been your experience or anyone you know? B |

| This was my experience when i ran clen... my results are not common... this was paired with a very low carb cycle diet and lots of cardio... im sure lots of muscle was lost as well. That is not ideal. I run it 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off, with an ECA (Stacker 2 or 3's) in between My weight loss went as such WK1 -clen- 0 lbs WK2 -clen- 8 lbs (WTF!!!! This was great!!) WK3 -ECA- 1/2 lb WK4 -ECA- 1 lb WK5 -clen- 2 lbs WK6 -clen- 2 lbs WK7 -ECA- 0 lbs WK8 -ECA- 1 lb total loss= 14 1/2 lbs!!!!! the same happened at the begining of this cycle, I lost nothing the 1st week, but 4 lbs the 2nd... not sure whats happeneing so special with the 2nd week... Im not losing as much this cycle because I am at that last 10 lbs that is soooo hard to lose.. and nothing but cardio and clean eating and some time is gona make it go away. My dosages start at 50 mcg's and I end at 125 mcg's ed. |

| I really appreciate the details. Currently, I want to lose 6-8%BF (I am at 21% now) and I have about 10 pounds to lose max. I'd be happy with half of your results, girl! My dosage is at 60mcg's. Slight shakes and sleeping is not too bad. Should I go up in dosage? |

| if you feel you can... i wouldnt suggest going over 80 mcg's for your 1st go round |

| I'm not an expert but I have experimented with it a few times (t3 and clen) and I got good results and was looking much leaner. Unfortunatley I lost some strength which is frustrating when your wieght training. I wouldn't suggest anyone to do it unless you have tried everything else and you have to make sure that the diet is correct or the results are not going to be so great.
