Default creatine

My boyfriend and I are wanting to try creatine. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to load this? Is it different for women and men? How are dosages based? Any info will help!!

Creatine is great for me at 3-5grams a day. Just watch for bloating since it tends to do that in some people.

you don't need to load it....about 5g per day (for a gal) pre or post workout with some kind of simple sugar is all you need....or in the morning on off training days....
the sugar helps you to get an insulin spike to get more creatine into the muscles.
