| My boyfriend and I are wanting to try creatine. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to load this? Is it different for women and men? How are dosages based? Any info will help!! Thanks in advance

| Creatine is great for me at 3-5grams a day. Just watch for bloating since it tends to do that in some people. you don't need to load it....about 5g per day (for a gal) pre or post workout with some kind of simple sugar is all you need....or in the morning on off training days....the sugar helps you to get an insulin spike to get more creatine into the muscles.

| Your creatine dosage should be divided into 3 phases, namely loading phase, maintenance phase and wash out phase. And this one is already just goes upon on your weights. As cheap as quality creatine is these days here is no reason to go buy the cheapest on the market. |
