| undefinedundefined Hi I am new to the forum. I have a question regarding fat burnners. I have taken thermopro in the past and a few other supplements also. I would have been in the gym around 5 times a week but since my pregnancy I have cut down a lot. I am due in around 2 weeks time and once baby is born I hope to get back in to the gym again. I think I will need the help of supplements but as I plan to breast feed I am unsure of what would be safe to take. I would be very greatful for any advise from anyone. Kind Regards Sunrise |

| I don't think it is a good idea to take anything while you are breast feeding. You should go all natural untill you stop feeding. My friend's Dr would not even give her a cream medication for her skin while breast feeding because it is absorbed into the body and passed on to the baby. If you wouldn't give it to your baby you should not have it while breast feeding. I'm sure you can get results from proper food and exercise |

| Definitely consult your doctor. Pretty sure he'll say that's a no-no.

| I guess it would make sense not to take any supplemtents. I suppose I was just hoping there would be something I could take that would be safe enough while breast feeding. I asked my doctor about thermopro and that was before my pregnancy and she advised me not to take it of course I did anyway and found it fine but wouldn't want to take any risks with the baby. I have heard from a friend that the cla is okay to use as there is no caffine in it but I'm still not sure about that. Thanks for the advise! This is a great formu! ![]() |
