| Hi I have used beta lean hp before and found it very good. I tried to buy it again but found out that they have stoped making it. It is made by esa.I have bought esa diet supplement as I was told this was very close to beta lean. I have since again found out that a new supplement going by the name of 'tight' is taken over for beta lean. My question is has anyone ever heard of either of these supplements? I would really like any advise about them. I have been breast feeding for 2 months but have now stopped. I have shed 2 stone but still have around 1 and a half to go. |

| The tight is SAN Tight, which is a good product. I have used several fat burners/thermogenic products over the years - SAN, Lipo 6, GNC Total Lean, Ripped Fuel. I got my best results from Lipo 6 though; no jitteriness or hunger. My best advice is to do your homework before buying any of them; like anything else, they each have advantages and disadvantages. If you want to know anything more in depth on my personal experience, feel free to pm me Best of luck! |

Its very hard picking as a lot of them say the same things. I am just doing cardio at the min until I lose some of the fat I am carrying.Do you have a website address for any of the product that you've used? |

Right now, I'm using the new Fahrenheit that just came out and loving the results. I'm not hungry and I have more definition in my stomach area (which is any woman's tough spot I think right after her butt/hips!). Tight is not an EAS product, although EAS does have their own line of thermogenic fat burners. Alot of the thermos just like any product you buy (soda, medicine, etc) will have alot of the same basic ingredients in them usually with a unique twist of some kind (think diet pepsi with lime compared to regular diet pepsi). The only way you will know what will work for you with your diet and exercise routine is trial and error; what works best for my body type may not be suited for yours and vice versa. I'd recommend trying SAN first; you can check out some more info on the Bodybuilding.com website @ http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/san/tight.html . Whatever one you do choose to begin with, I cannot stress enough how important it is to follow the directions!! Do not ever take more than the recommended dosage just b/c you aren't seeing the results right away. Hard work (cardio AND weights), a good clean diet with the aid of thermogenics will get you where you want to be, I promise!! ![]() |

| Thank's ponygirl I will try the san tight. I am not on a diet as such eating breakfast lunch and dinner but not eating any chocolate, crisps or fast food. I am starting to enjoy my training again and going 6 time's a week. Got my body fat done which was quite good for just giving birth. I was 16% before my pregnancy I know this high for any body builders but I was very pleased with it. I am now 20% higher than I would like but not bad as I only went back to the gym recently and only gave birth to my daughter not even three months ago. |

| I am hearing a long about fat burner. While watching TV beautiful well shaped models are posing for the product of fat burner and claiming to have an excellent result. But I am really scared to use that type of product and don't have mood or get time to do lot of physical exercise. Do you suggest any fat burner without having side effect. So that I can try any of them. ![]() |

| I haven't heard of this. I am new to fat burners so just asking a lot of questions myself at the min. Just started taking san tight which seems to be good doing about an hour and 20 mins of cardio 6 times a week. If you find anything out about that fat burner let us know. Please! |

| Hi, my cardio is working out good. I am doing 40 mins on the tread mill 20 mins on the cross trainer and 20 mins on the bike. I have lost 7 pounds this week. I am not on a diet just no junk food. Still having breakfast lunch & dinner. I would love to know of any good fat burner diets esp for burning fat around the tummy area. I really want to get a 6 pack. I am working out 6 times a week one day off. |

| Hey, I am so pleased you like san tight. I just started it so hoping it works for me. Although to be honest I only take it before I train. It says I should take it twice a day but for some reason I am only taking it before my work out. I prob should do what it says on the bottle for the full benefit of it. Glad to hear something good about it. |
