I have been on hgh for 6 weeks now. I wake up in the middle of the night 2 or 3 times in so much pain in my arms and wrists. I am only taking 1 iu 5 on 2 off, and I am getting plenty of water. Do you think it is worth while cutting it back to .5 iu.... will I still get any benifit from it? Or should I quit it totally? Thanks to anyone with knowledge on using gh.

| The pain in your arms and wrists is from CARPEL TUNNEL. Which is one of the things gh is known to make worse As for cutting back your dosages. You won't know if you don't try. What gains it would still bring, or if it would help with pain. Everyone is different, Keep us informed

Read that the stiffness in joints and overall joint pain will pass in time..... Mostly in the beginning. Glucosamine/Condriton might help. You must have some good GH then. What kind are you taking? I'm going to run Jino at 2iu's ED. How about an overall update? You seeing any results yet? Hang in there and keep us posted! Terps lost..... ![]()

I'm so glad that you posted this question because I am having the same problem and I am wondering what I should do. Let me know if you find a good way to cope with the pain without having progress come to a halt.

Acromeglia is a disease that causes abnormal bone growth. HGH therapy should be continued for at least four months with three to four IU per day. There are many studies revealing human growth hormone as a promising way to treat connective tissue/joint problems. The pain has improved dramatically. Before HGH I was on daily painkillers.
