| I have been working out for years now (doing 30-50 cardio each day plus one body part/day about 6 days/week), and have just started anavar 5mg one week ago for first time. Diet is usually clean except I love sugar and go off diet one-twice per week. Want to know when to expect to see results? Any specific diet recommendations? Will I blow it if I go off it once in a while? |

| are you cutting or bulking ( i assume with cardio your cutting)? what does the diet look like? results depend greatly on the individual. |

| cutting. My diet is the hardest part. I work 7-8 hour shifts, and cannot always eat during them and I skip breakfast alot because i get sick during cardio if I eat beforehand. Usually I eat: am: cottage cheese and banana workout noon: 1 Isopure bottle mid: 1/2 lb turkey on wheat evening: 1/2 lb ham or chix & veggies night: Pure Protein bar or Trioplex bar Once-twice a week we go out with friends and it's usually high carb-lots of sugar and breads. I have literally gained 7 pounds this past week or so. My fiance says it's weird and that anavar shouldn't do that. I think it must be water but I am worried. My clothes don't fit! I don't see any extra fat, but want to know if this is normal. |

| var wont do wonders without a proper diet. get that down 1st then try var. your not eating nearly enough, not enough protein, no fats, bars are not good for dieting, and you must eat breakfast after you do am cardio, it is a must |
