| Alright, so ive beenw orking out for about a month and a half, and I've been going to the gym everyday. Yesterday I just bought a big tub of protein with a friend. It was Isotonic protein. My goal is to lose a little weight, and tone tone tone. Can anybody help me with some solid protein facts. i've been hearing everything, and I would just like to hear what some of you girls think about the benefits and disadvantages. Thhhhank yOU! |
