Default should I use supplements?

Hi girls!
I have been working out for a while, but am just having a hard time losing about 5-10 lbs. do you think supplements are just what I need, or are they better for people who have more to lose? Is it just close to impossible to lose those last 5-10 lbs?? Im having a HARD time!!
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

the last 5/10 are the hardest to use. Before you try any sups besides a fat burner you should try switchin gup your diet and cardio a bit... that may help way more then any supplement

my thoughts exactly.
modify your diet (possibly up your calories)
change up your workout (post it if you can)

Just as the others sugessted take good stock of what you are eating and your training routine. Remember consistencey will help you get what you want. When you mention supplements what is your aim in taking them besides fat loss? My feeling is that supplements used as just that to supplement healthy eating and training are good for any one.

I agree with this. The supplements- they are all more like food- that you may want to consider are:

1) Protein Powder
2) Fish oil
3) Multivitamin

I am a new convert to the idea of taking health supplements myself. I am having great results with zeolites right now and have an interest now in learning about more supplements. I have a sister who is quite ill and she also has starting taking supplements that boost dhea. (Taking straight dhea I think is not considered that safe.) In the body, dhea causes a youthful metabolism, so I would consider it a good supplement for losing weight, as well as generally better health. But again, it is best to take something that converts into dhea rather than straight dhea.

In addition to the list above, L-Carnitine(amino acid) is a good supplement to add when you are beginning to 'plateau' or trying to get rid of those last few pounds. I don't think I will ever stop taking it as helps you burn your own fat for energy/naturally increases your metabolism.
