I've been working out for years but lately I've been just keeping up with light weights, cardio & diet. This week I start with the heavy BB and being more careful on my diet. I took Anavar 2 yrs ago and my body was beautiful! I'd like to eventually go back to it. How long should I wait now that I'm practically starting all over again on the heavy lifting? And I don't remember having any side effects but do the facial hair and swollen clit stop when I stop the Anavar??

I would give yourself some time getting
back into the heavy weights before taking
anavar. Your tendons and ligaments need
to be as strong as possible before adding gear.
If you started with var and heavy weights immediately,
you would most likely injure or tear something.
Give it 3 months would be good,
6 months of heavy lifting would be better
before going on AAS.

Sides:
-Note that anavar can decrease your appetite
(why it is often falsely said to be a fat burner)
-Some people also experience gastrointestinal
problems like diahrea, cramps, etc.
-Some experience an increase in sex drive
( sometimes DRAMATIC increase )
-Some experience clitoral enlargement (might not be such a bad thing)
-Some experience deepening of the voice (usually very minimal with var)
-Some experience temporary extra hair loss (not bald, but shedding)
-After you come off it, because your Testosterone levels will be
at near zero you may experience mood swings,
depression, lack of libido, fatigue, and estrogen rebound (bloat)
until your hormones get back to normal. Might take an entire
menstral cycle for you to feel normal again.

The probability of you having any bad sides
with low to medium doses of Anavar is low,
but if you do experience adverse affects,
lower the dose immediatly, and they may
reverse, or atleast will not get worse.
