i forgot to add the rest! Try to do this 3 x a week (never 2 days in a row) on opposite days try to do at least 40 min cardio and your yoga ! you will probably get better results than you saw at your gym! I love working out at home. Just remember that it is your time. lock the door, turn your telephone ringer off and remember you have an answering machine! It is your time! Best part is you can get some loads of laundry out of the way at the same time!!

good luck

I also exercise at home and got a new weight bench for Christmas. I also do the Firm tapes, which I love. They combine aerobics with weights and are very effective. I love working out at home but just have a hard time finding the energy. I have three kids and a job and even when I have the "time" to work out, I am too tired. Its frustrating. However I'm all for working out at home - I think it saves alot of time! Best wishes to you Faerychic!
