I recently bought a bottle of TrimSpa. I was wondering what you ladies thought of it.

I tried a bottle last month....was good on my diet and exercise and didn't lose a thing...no increase in eneygy levels either...keep your money.

Thanks for the advice. I'm trying it out. It is cutting down on the appetite. I'm not sure about the weight loss yet.

Slight Update. I have lost 2 pounds. I don't know if it is water weight or actual weight or what. I do know that it has cut my appetite significantly. I have to tell myself to eat.

I'm also drinking tons of water. I'm continually thirsty. I don't know if that is related to the TrimSpa or summer.
