Question Xenadrine Efx Ephedrine Free

Hello. I'm new in town. *waves*

First off, I need to probably tell you all that I am not looking at this from a standpoint of becoming muscular to compete in bodybuilding. I am actually working on becoming a triathelete/cyclist so there are a few points where actually having too much muscle in the wrong places makes cycling harder!

That being said, I still need to WAY IMPROVE my base. I've been working out hard core again since April. I do cross training- swim, bike, run and I do strength training 3 times a week (alternate days from when I am doing the swim/bike/run what have you). I want killer arms purely for vanity.

So here is the question (took me forever, eh?)

Has anyone ever used the Xenadrine? Did you like it? Did it help a lot? I need to take something to up the fat burning when I work out. I've already gone and made a jar of unsweetened iced green tea for when I just want something to sip on during the day. I think I need something to help me kick off these last 30 lbs (which for me might still be too much and in a season where I am not competing, I actually think that maybe I don't mind carrying 10 extra... Some said I looked anorexic when I was at 150 lbs! I must have rocks in my butt! I am way heavier than I look!)

I am also an asthmatic so I do try to watch what I take. I have read about some supplements that kill muscle too or cause thyroid problems. I don't want that. I am willing to use something that may not have massive results but still helps. I'll get the massive results from dedication- I don't want to hurt my health to get there.

Sorry so long winded. Thanks for reading!

IMO any product without ephedra doesn't help much...but in your case it may, as it sounds like you are definitely dedicated to your workout...so it may supply enough of a boost to help you get to your goal. Ephedra I think is one of the best.....and it has been used for respiratory conditions

Thanks. I actually got a jar of it yesterday and am going to try 30 days of it and see what happens. I try to as "clean" as possible just because of the asthma.

I'll let you know if something happened or no. =)
